Your profile
See your profile and the organizations you belong to, and change your theme and password.
Settings in the Client Portal shows who you are on Groundfloor and which organizations you belong to. To manage other people, use Team and roles; for your app's users, App authentication.
See your profile
In the Client Portal sidebar, go to Administer → Settings.
- Your profile shows your name, email and user ID. They can't be edited here.
- Your organizations lists every organization you belong to, with its type, plan and status. Click View organization to open one.
Change your settings
- Theme: light, dark, or the same as your system. It applies to your browser only.
- Password: Settings → Password → Change password. Enter your current password and a new one of at least 8 characters.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| An organization is missing | You haven't been added to it. Ask someone in it to invite you from Team |
| You can't sign in | Sign out and sign in again; if it still fails, contact support |
| "This account signs in with SSO and does not have a password to change" | You sign in with your company account. Change your password there |
| "Finish setting up your account … before changing your password" | Verify your email or complete the steps the sign-in page asks for, then try again |
| "Changing your password isn't available in this environment right now" | Contact support; trying again won't help |
