Users
View your profile and account memberships in the Customer Portal Settings page.
The Users pillar covers your identity in the portal — who you are and which accounts you belong to. Inviting and managing other users is done on Members & Roles.
Who can access
Every signed-in user can view their own profile on Settings. Managing other users requires Members & Roles.
Prerequisites

View your profile
Open Settings
In the sidebar under Administer, click Settings.
Review your profile
The Your profile card shows your name, email, and user ID from Keycloak. These fields are read-only in the portal — update them in your IdP if needed.
Check your accounts
The Your accounts section lists every account you belong to, with archetype, plan, and status. Click View account to open the account detail page.
Theme preference
Settings also includes a Theme selector (light / dark / system). This applies only to your browser session.
Identity provider
The Customer Portal authenticates against the platform Keycloak realm. Your JWT sub claim is the stable user identifier used in memberships and audit logs.
Workspace site auth (per-subdomain end-user login) is a separate optional feature. It does not change your Control Plane portal login. See Core concepts.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |

| Wrong name or email | IdP is source of truth | Update in Keycloak or contact your IdP admin |
| Missing account in list | No membership | Ask an account admin to add you via Members & Roles |
| Cannot sign in | Expired session or wrong realm | Sign out and sign in again; contact support |
