Quotas & Limits
View plan-tier usage ceilings and current consumption on the account detail page.
Quotas & Limits shows how much of your plan allocation you've used — workspaces, storage, audit events, and more. The view is read-only in the portal; limits are set per plan tier.
Who can access

View quota usage
Open an account
Go to Accounts in the sidebar and click an account name.
Find the Quota card
On the account detail page, the Quota card shows usage vs limits for the current plan tier.
Review metrics
Typical metrics include workspace count, file storage bytes, and audit event volume. Bars or fractions show consumption against plan ceilings.
Plan tiers
Quota ceilings depend on your account plan tier (set at provisioning). Contact your Groundfloor operator or account owner to change plans.
Enforcement of hard limits at write time is rolling out with the billing service. The quota card is read-only visibility today.
Billing card
The same account detail page includes a Billing card with plan tier and billing summary. Users with view_billing see pricing details; the Billing admin role grants this on account scope.
Troubleshooting
